Fierce Fighting Erupted Between The ONLA and Ethiopian Regime Soldiers

Ogaden News Agency, February 1, 2018 (ONA) — Confirmed reports received from Ogaden says that fierce fighting has broken out between the Ogaden National Liberation Army (ONLA) and Woyane troops in the town of Haabawayne in Dhagahbour province.

The heavy clashes that took place today (01/02/2018) have led to the regime troops sustaining heavy casualties, with a total of 11 soldiers killed and more than scores wounded.

According to the eye whiteness, the wounded Woyane soldiers were taken to the Guna Gado district in large droves.

ONLA fighters have been involved in a massive movement throughout Ogaden to counter-attack The Ethiopian regime troops and their associated militia in the region.
