    A suggestion for you: we have plenty of Oromo Scholars whose work is exceptional by any standard on the topic you were discussing using Alex De Waal’s article as a jumping point!

    I take exception in this case, simply because Alex De Waal is an Ethiopianist, who COULD care less about what happens to the Oromo people or any of the other Colonized people of the south, PROVIDED, Ethiopia, a State made POSSIBLE by the English during its formative years and supported & sustained ever since, in World arenas of importance, remains ‘sovereign’ under any of the two branches of the Abyssinian family!
